How can I automatically set/use the Nvidia desktop color settings on startup?

I seem to have to manually set the "Use Nvidia settings" because every time I start up it is set to "Other applications control color settings".

    That's annoying.

Now the culprit has to be MSI's System Control Manager [SCM] or the Dragon Gaming Center [DGC]...or both?

1: Is there a way to get the Nvidia setting to be the one used at startup?

2: Do I really need SCM if I don't mind keeping things on or shutting them down by other means? ...Is SCM just an ease of use interface or does it actually do anything meaningful that would make things not work just because it's gone?

3: DGC seems to be more vital due to how GPU performs. Is it important to maximizing performance? ...or is it artificially limiting it? ...and why does it have a Windows Key button?

What is the shift feature? I probably don't care.

Now I restarted the laptop before making this topic just to observe it revert back from the Nvidia setting and it did, but now it's not, so obviously the way to fix the problem is to make a topic about it.

    From MSI's site:

Essentially, it will either severely limit or allow the full potential of the CPU and GPU depending on the profile used.

The flip-flop on the Nvidia settings continued, so I took both SCM and MSIservice.exe [or something like that] and then lastly DGC off when half the sensor info didn't show up. ...and then I removed Synaptics touchpad because I have a mouse and use it exclusively. I copied the driver to my files in case I need it.

I've trimmed my processes to ~55 w/AV and using Process Lasso Pro Tweaked the affinity, priority, memory of secondary processes that I didn't remove.

Stock 347.88 was ~200 lower compared to 347.52, now that drop is gone after removing MSI programs. [...I think it was mostly the MSI programs, as most of the tweak were already in place.]

I haven't notice any negative effect
