    is it worth anything nowadays...bought it for 1116 CAD ssd was 188 and ram was 72. wondering if i could sell it for what a paid

    Its still a decent laptop! You probably wont get what you paid out of it but could get close :)

    It's going to be worth less than what you paid, and the more time passes, the less it will be worth in price, due to new notebooks and eventual new pascal GPUs.

    I assume you mean can you sell it with the additional upgrades for what you originally paid for the stock version. If that's the case you may get closer depending on how machines hold their value in Canada and whether there is an active used gamer market. Resale always works best when you have an active resale market and can find the right person looking for your config.
