    Hi

You need to register your laptop, and then warranty info is all there. Just put a ticket in under support, and they should help you get started

If your laptop died within 2 days of owning it, I would suggest returning to Amazon instead, and have them cross-ship another unit to you.

Amazon will probably request a credit card hold on the price of the 2nd laptop before shipping it, and when Amazon gets your original laptop back they will release the hold on funds held for the 2nd laptop.

It takes a long time to RMA a laptop, a lot longer than simply returning it for a refund or swapping another unit.

We call this kind of failure either a DOA or Infant Mortality, and that's covered in the 14-30 day return period of the seller - Amazon in this case.

You might as well take advantage of Amazon's return policy and get a replacement quickly, rather than wait weeks or months for round trip repair RMA with MSI.

When you do get your new unit, and it makes it through the first week or so of life without failing, then I would register it with MSI for long term support. :)

For DOA it's best to contact the seller which is Amazon directly for exchange.
