    Hi all:
I got a problem of updating my GT72S 6QF's BIOS.
Somehow it's loaded with MS-1782's BIOS, not MS-1783.
I tried the UEFI BIOS update, got a "failed, wrong image format 11".
Then, I tired AFUDOS to flash it under pure DOS, It gives me a error message of " secure flash enabled."

How do you disable this secure flash setting in the BIOS?
Or is that another way to force to flash the BIOS?

    Thanks.

The GT72S 6QF is a MS-1783 as you say but it has the same system bios as the GT72 6QD. As for disabling secure flash I don't know.

Just checked the support page it says latest bios is ending 11D.
