I love my notebook so much, but lately it's been turning into a piece of crap. Now i assume this is 100% my fault, (hope it is) but I was starting to think maybe it's a hardware problem.

I've had it for about 6 months, and started using a cooling pad last week. The only game I play is WoW, so my temps are never higher than 85 (sometimes peaking at 90). I've never had it crash due to overheating, but lately it's been very jittery. Freezing, Drastic FPS drops, skipping in game, crashing, etc.

I've thought about reformating, and i know that should probably be my first step, but are there any programs I can run to check what the problem may be? I realize I'm not giving much info, but any insight you can provide me with would be much appreciated.
