Hi, I just got my gx620 from frosty and when I look at my computer properties, it's 32-bit.

    IIRC didn't the Gx620's come with a 64-bit Vista?

Anyhow, I guess I should get the 64-bit OS from newegg.

It says 4GB of RAM but I believe a 32-bit OS can only read 3.X amount of RAM.

Oh well, I thought I would be saving a hundred bucks, I do a lot of extensive video editing, think the extra RAM being read is worth it?

    Nope.

    Yep.

If you can find someone with a Vista Home Premium SP1 64 bit disc, use that and use the product key that comes with your laptop.

Ah thanks, I got a disc from a friend, however I cannot find any product key that came with the laptop.

You're talking about the gx620 right? Because all I got is a Home Premium quick start guide and a bunch of MSI packets... doesn't seem to show any product keys.
