Hi, my cousin bought a GX610 6 months ago but it recently started crashing, restore failed and trying to install another OS would fail as well. He sent it in, the whole sending/repair/shipping it back took close to a month, noe he received it 3 days ago, and the hinge was fractured and the screen is not turning on... The repair report said that they changed the screen. So he called them to ask them why the screen was not turning on and they basically told him to send it back so that they see what's wrong with it... He's obviously pretty annoyed and wants to take the matter in it's own hand as he payed quite a bit for the shipping the first time, and he'll have to pay for shipping again... Does anyone know where I can find service manuals for that model? I want the check the lcd connection.
