    It should, the 670m is exactly the same physical card as a GTX 570m.

    @ryzeki

    thanks for the reply.. hmmm the problem now is that the gtx 560m heatsink is different from gtx570m or 670m..

    Do you happen to know where I could find one?

    So no advantage getting the 670m vs the 570m? Just wondering because all this rehashing of parts really irritates me and is hard to keep track of.

    670m = 570m
    675m = 580m

    I'm curious as to how the upgrade from 670m to 675m seems to cost less than when it was between the 570m and 580m.

    Because Nvidia are charging less of a premium as this likely wont be their top product for long.

    Yes, the 680 should be coming out next month. Then the price difference will be huge, I believe... Even bigger than the 570 - 580 was, given that there will be the 675 in between.

    Remember how much an entire desktop card of this type costs retail - £160 for the 560TI, £132 for the non TI (the same chips). While you have the mobile markup, that applies to both cards.

    After flashing the GTX570m a GTX670m I have seen the screen brightness can not be changed. Several drivers I've tried but the error was corrected only by a flash back.

    Are there VBIOS from MSI GTX670m go better? Would be grateful if someone could upload this as a ROM.

    Seems to have the same issue on the P150HM + 580m flashed to 675M.

    In my MSI, it seems to be fine though.

    Unless you have an MSI bios flashed you wont have the right P states for turbo.

    Svet's tool has been updated.

    Has anyone else run into this issue? I have a 683DXR and am thinking of flashing this.

    I guess I could try it out myself and let everyone know though...

    Yes you have to force it to flash from the command line and provide the right codes, are you sure you want to do this because you don't seem to know what you are doing and this flash provides no benefit.

    Agreed. What's the point of renaming your GPU? You will see no difference in performance. Only name of GPU in the GPU-Z line.
