I recently purchased a msi gt73vr 7r titan 427 from gentecpc. Had to send it back because of loud vibration noise when i play any music with any bass. It worked fine and sounded great for 7 or 8 days then the loud vibration started. Sounds like the speaker is either no good or the bass is making something in the laptop vibrate. As of today 9-11-18 gentech has the laptop for repair. Ken at gentechpc said he'd check the laptop himself before sending it back to me. I'm waiting to see what happens . Anyone else have this problem? $2600 for the setup I bought. Update later.

Got my gt73vr back from gentech after 3 weeks. Now nahimic sound doesnt work. I have no Bluetooth connection. Ken tried fixing over the phone and said someone else would call back last week. Havnt heard from them at all. Im working 10 hour days so when i try n call them early I get no answer. Wish I never made this purchase. $2600 gone. Can't connect wireless speakers . No nahimic sound controls. I bought this computer mainly for music and recording work. Can't play games because mouse constantly freezes up. Nothing but problems and to late to get any money back I'm sure. I've used the computer a total of about 10 hours. There in California I'm in N.Y., not much I can do. A refund would be nice but doubtful. Worst experience I've had buying anything. Very depressing. BUT I can do email , ebay , Amazon etc. on line but so can my wife with her $350 computer. Anyone have any ideas? I'll probably take it to a local repair shop to see what they can do after I save the money up to pay them to work on it. But of course that will void the warranty. Guess im stuck with it.
