Could someone please tell me what storage ports are available on the GT70 2OC's motherboard? I'm about to buy either a Clevo or an msi, but as I customize an msi on different resellers' websites, I've noticed that it seems to be lacking in its storage ports. What I mean is this:

The Clevo I'm looking at has 2 SATA III ports (which can take either HDD or SSD) and 2 mSATA ports (which can take only mSATA). This means I could have 2 HDD's in RAID 0 and 2 mSATA SSD's in RAID 0.

It seems that the msi GT70 2OC has only 2 ports, as opposed to Clevo's 4 ports. Every time I want to select an mSATA, I see this message: "RAID 0 Confirguration of mSATA's in Primary HDD Bay (If selecting mSATA Options these will replace primary hard drive with mSATA’s selected below) "

Does this mean that to have mSATA in an msi, an HDD has to be removed and replaced with an mSATA caddy?

    Let me clarify:

If you were to have 2 mSATA's in Raid 0, does that mean you wouldn't have a single HDD?

Thanks, that was useful. Question though, is there any real world difference between a read speed of 500mbps and 900mbps? I would assume that other components of the system would prevent the user from actually experiencing any difference....?
