Hey I've been looking around for the best possible laptop under 900 and do you guys think that this one is the best?

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152095R

Its a low resolution but on a 15 inch it want look to bad. Everything else is really great processor, video card, memory, and hdd. Can you guys find better or is this the best?

I'd go with a Asus G51 there $999.00 at BB, but if not then that GT627 would be a good choice at that price.. They are great gaming machines..

Is there any laptop similar to the MSI in everything but with a larger screen resolution and still under one thousand?

The Asus G51 is a good laptop but If you add tax it comes out to 1070 or around there whigh is too much for that processor and resolution. I am considering the X1A but first I want to see whats the best I can get for under 1000 or preferably under 900. Anyone else have any options?

under 1000, then the gt627 will probably be your best option.

I do like the MSI is only 5.6 lbs vs the Asus G51 at 7.26 lbs.

Yeah I love it too, its got an unmatched cpu/gpu combo at that price but the screen res is making me hesitate. Does anyone know of any laptop out there with the 627's gpu/cpu or equivlant, but with atleast I would say WSXGA? Final chance to be good person and respond! Especially now thats the 627 is deactivated! :(
