Carrying on with bad results of ordering a gs75 stealth from hidevolution last year, I recently noticed some imperfections in the laptop body, It seems the touch pad right side is not aligned properly and dig deeper than left side (there is a gap) but the left side is better aligned also the upper right corner near the hinges seems misplaced, I was wondering are all gs75 like so ? and how to go about it ? Am currently on a long vacation and realized that I got few weeks only left on the warranty, I found a service centre here, will they honour a repair for the attached imperfections or will they give me a hard time ?… need ur help plz it’s an amazing laptop ordered from a garbage MSI dealer ((hidevolution)) not installing thermal paste properly resulting in even poorer temps and laptop overheating consistently ((admitted by the service centre)) which lead to numerous visits to the service centre in 2 different countries !…

need ur help on the main topic plz how can I go about it

    Bro get real lol.

Laptop looks fine. They ain't built to NASA standards. They are made and quality controlled in Taiwan.

You got them to admit to that?

Well good luck sending in your laptop, being without it for a month or more, and then getting back the exact same laptop or one with similar "imperfections"

As long as it sits straight on the table with no wobbling, and there are no large gaps that really aren't supposed to be there, it's fine.
Maaybe next time get something with higher build quality than the MSI GS series.

well maybe for your cheap 300$ laptop you can live with it not for an expensive laptop so get real you too its an expensive high end laptop why do u expect to settle for any imperfections ??

btw the laptop was sent to them twice and i have been chasing after them for a crappy thermal paste job which they charged then refunded admitting it was crappy here on the forums ! i was instructed to open the laptop myself too ! so long for a professional dealer ! i love the MSI, its thin stylish and better looking than all laptops out there, even the Lenovo and ASUS counterparts and i still truly think its an amazing laptop but HID F'D IT ALL UP !

the laptop even got a small gap at the bottom due to mishandling by them and having the unit opened several times probably, i had to look up for a solution myself due to the terrible experience with HID and countless emails and overheating issues and visits to the service center ! finally i might have found it possible to replace the top side instead of meaningless mockery here in the forum ! you probably got a lot of cash to spend dude thats why you don't care and the GS75 is indeed high end quality from what i have been testing for a whole year now, i tried a lenovo and less than a year the screen is screwed and keeps going off, and from what i have learned razer got way more problems since released and QUALITY CONTROL issues ! dont think i will ever settle for NASA standards coz they seem less reliable from what i have been seeing recently ... at least MSI, ASUS and Gigabyte been around way longer than your NASA laptops :)

Looks to me like the trackpad is sunken in on one corner? other than that it looks perfectly fine
I would try send it in to the nearest service center for warranty repairs and get the trackpad sorted for free
