    Gs60 Flashing Screen

    gs60 6qe 5 days old. restarted the laptop and when it rebooted the screen flashes black and white. pressed the reset button and nothing happens.

    Have you completely disconnected it from power with it turned off?

    If it is just not coming on you might need to contact your reseller. You could try reseating all the components in it like the ram and HDD/SSD and see if that helps, but if you got it from say an out of the box place like newegg there would be a warranty void sticker on the bottom of it over a screw that you need to take out.

    If you're suggesting a power cycle, this model does not have a "removable" battery (makes it tougher on the customer).

    If there's no activity when you press the power button now - I mean zero; no lights, no fans, etc. - it definitely needs to be serviced.
