Hi, today when I turn on my GT780DX I suddenly found a verticle green pixel on the screen, even at bootup the line appears
however when i try to use an external monitor, there's no green line so is this a problem with my display?

If you run in Safe Mode is it there also?

    Which Verde driver version?

I had a lot of pink screens and corruption with 296.10 but now with beta 301.24 they seem to be gone.

The problem was even at the MSI screen I still got the line.
Was using 301.24 ,then downgraded to 296.10 but still didn't work.
Tried to flash vbios back to stock , still didn't work.
Then I research a bit about stuck pixel,
switched off the screen ( thank god for that button on the s-bar :D)
apply pressure to it with a damp cloth
turn back on screen , hands off
    and voila!

Screen definitely needs to be replaced. Contact your reseller.

It seems that if i press the bottom of the screen (not on the screen itself, but the edge), the line disappears.

It sounds like a defective display.
I would recommend contacting your reseller to get it sent in for replacement.

It could be just a loose display cable. Doesn't necessarily imply LCD failure unless the cable and GPU have been ruled out.
