Got my gt60 and i have some questions

hi , i got my msi gt60 3 days ago , and i have some question .. im sure u can help me !
btw its my first gaming notebook

1- what is the turbo button and when do i use it ?

2- when do i use the fan button ?

3- how to check if my laptop has no problems ,since its new and i don't know how to ?

4- when putting the laptop on my lap and start gaming it get really hot around the fans and i start sweats .. is that normal ? btw when i finish gaming it quickly gets cool

5- do i have to keep the intel turbo boost technology monitor opened all the time ?

6- what scores i should get in 3DMark vintage and 3DMark11 ?

please don't ask me to read the user manual because i already did.

1- what is the turbo button and when do i use it ?
A - turbo mode is used to slightly overclock the graphic card, the default in this case is the GTX 670M from 598MHz to 620MHz. This slight overclock gives a little bit of boost in performance.

2- when do i use the fan button ?
A - Whenever you are using the laptop for intensive applications/when you feel the laptop is getting heated in general. I generally use it when I play games with or without the turbo mode ON

3- how to check if my laptop has no problems ,since its new and i don't know how to ?
A - Try to check each component one by one...really speaking just use it for a while, the camera, speakers, mic, keyboard, Fn buttons, fan, etc.

A - Laptops go get hot when playing games, be it the cheapest one to the most expensive one. It is always advised to play games by putting the laptop on a flat surface like a table or use a suitable laptop pad/cooler when playing it on your lap.

5- do i have to keep the intel turbo boost technology monitor opened all the time ?
A - No

6- what scores i should get in 3DMark vintage and 3DMark11 ?
A - Depends on what tests you perform, also the Nvidia driver version matters. Anyways the average scores for this laptop is around 12.3K for vantage and 3k for 3dm11.
