    Hi,

I had my GS60 Ghost Pro 064 sent for service to XoticPC and MSI due to Raid 0 failure (SSD controller fried), problems with the screen and a few other things. The service took roughly 2.5 to 3 months.

I just literally got the computer back, only to discover that the camera is no longer recognized by the system. Since I live in Europe I don't want to spend another $250 on shipping. Could someone help by telling me where to check that the camera is connected to the motherboard? Do I have to take the screen apart or is there a connector that can be inspected by just popping the back cover off?

Thanks and merry Christmas to you all.

I'm glad to hear that you found the resolution for that. It is a pretty common question on MSIs. But if you do have any questions on your new computer, please reach out to me directly and I'll be glad to help. Thanks!
