Hi all. I have disassembled my laptop to the keyboard but when I got that far I noticed that there are no screws attaching the keyboard. It seems like they have plastic rivets holding it in. When I pry up on these plastic rivets, the first couple broke. At this time I knew something was wrong and I needed to contact someone that knew better.

It's best to contact MSI directly now since there are physical damage and they will be able to take care of the issues you are having. Please also note that they may charge you for their service due to customer induced damage.
