Hello. I am planning to buy a new computer. As an avid gamer, I decided to buy one of the MSI laptops, but I want a slim one too, because I would have to haul it every day to university. The problem is - I cannot decide between these two laptops. As I see, the only difference between them is the screen size. So I turn to you, which one would you recommend?

Are you going to bring it to class? If so, then the GS60. If you're going to leave it in your room the entire time, then GS70.

Yes, I would bring it to class, but we have comfortable tables for laptops.

The thing is, I have had only an old PC previously, which had the standart resoliution, so I have no clue if gaming would be more convenient on the bigger screen like the Stealth has.

Also, If I am planning to play the current gen games, Dragon Age Inquisition, for example, would these two laptops handle the heat and would run them smoothly? (They have geforce 870)

I'd go with a GS60 + 970M. My GS60 has an 870M and it runs everything at max 75C for both CPU and GPU. I wouldn't take a 17 inch notebook to class though unless you plan on avoiding girls.

Well, in my country we stilll do not have the newwest models and it would take sometime to get them and I kimda need a laptop asap. Also, I can't buy it from Amazon or so, because I plan on retrieving the taxes through my company and the import taxes would also be horrendous.

And... Please do tell me, what does 17 inch notebook has to do with girls? :D you got my attention!

Also... Considering that Ghost is 1900$, is it worth to spend that much on it, when I could buy Acer Aspire V17 Nitro for 1100$. Since I am a working student, 1800$ is a lot of money...

That's up to you. If you are offered a return policy, then you have the luxury of trying either system out for a brief time before committing.
