GenTech PC Feedback

So I've ordered an MSI GT73VR Pro laptop from HIDevolution and wanted them to try to install the 2800MHz. 64GB RAM in it

upon testing the 2800MHz. RAM, they told me that it's only running @ 2400MHz. so I called @GenTechPC directly wanting to ask them how did they run it @ 2800 MHz. since they did mention before that they offer 2800 MHz. with their systems.

To be honest, I was just trying my luck because I know they are not obliged to give me such internal information as I am not their customer.

To my surprise, the person who answered my call for a start, had an upbeat tone and when I told him I am Phoenix from NBR forums he immediately recognized me and gave me a warm welcome as if was his customer for a long time. I felt at home immediately!

After explaining the issue to him, he promised to get me the answer ASAP after checking with production as to how they run @ 2800MHz for that RAM.

As promised, he posted an image of the BIOS and how they are able to run @ 2800MHz. on this MSI Machine

I highly recommend GenTech PC for this great customer service, they did great helping a person who is not even their customer.
