I have the GX640. Does anyone know if i can use the P1 button to turn off the touchpad? because it gets annoying having to use fn+f3 everytime i turn on my computer, even from sleep, to turn off the touchpad. simply touching the P1 button would be a lot more convenient.

get some soft to change system hotkeys. I used some free little program to assign volume up/down to media keys in the touch panel (back/fast forward).
