How is gsync? I've never tried it yet. Are SLI drivers more prone to BSOD, etc.

Mechanical keyboard. I have a Titan GT80 with 980m SLI and plan to sell it, but I love the mechanical keyboard. Just wish this was on the numpad as well. True number pad better than faux touch numbers, although faux touch numers looks cool, functionaly, it sucks compared to true keys, but then this is really a minor annoyance. GT72s is 1.5k less than GT80s.

Typically the issues you see with SLI are games not supporting it, not BSOD.

The GT80 would obviously be much more powerful than the dragon with the single 980. The titan you have now if you moved to the dragon you would be going down in performance (SLI 980m is more powerful than a single 980). So if you are looking to upgrade your best bet would be the GT80-072

Well my GT80 is in RMAland right now. Driver crashes, occasional hard freeze and BSOD. I have tried troubleshooting this thing out the wazoo (as can be seen by my postings in the owners lounge thread). And I am not the only one from what I have read. But then I have read where others have a solid system. I was curious if these kind of issues happened more often with the Titans.

Is gsync worth forgoing the SLI setup also?

The single 980 will provide a fair amount of the experience in the sli supported games and come ahead in the titles that don't support it. The driver situation is simpler for a single card.
