    GT780DX/DXR DVD drive removal.

    How the heck are you supposed to remove the DVD drive? I'm going to slip in Blu ray drive but can't figure out how to get the DVD drive out.

    It's very simple.

    Turn the notebook over so the bottom side is up.

    Now look for a small DVD drive symbol in the plastic that's about an inch away from the word release for the battery.

    There's a screw in the hole next to the DVD symbol,revove it.

    Now eject the DVD tray,grab it,and pull the DVD drive straight out.
