After a MS update I'm stuck in a boot loop to the MSI screen .... That's it.
How do I get out of this?!

    ***EDIT***
Restarted and stop like 12x then it restarted ..... unnerving at best.
This would have been the 2nd time since I owned this, and I only have had this 8 weeks.
I'm really beginning to hate this...............

Disable windwos updates in Shutup 10.
then manually download and choose which updates you want to install.
You may also be able to manually get updates here which will avoid "firmware" upgrades.

You probably encountered a UEFI Bios 'upgrade' VIA windows update and it almost bricked your BGAbook.

I did the bios separately, from the 'Device Manager', afterwards, it isn't automatic.
This may have contributed to this issues I have had.
Anyways, the bios, its up to date, we'll see how this goes from here.
