    Hello everyone,

I was wondering when shall I upgrade my GT73VR?
By the way, I recently saw a new GT75VR and I thought I should upgrade. Do you think there's a way to trade in my current one? I've had so many problems with my GT73VR that I want to upgrade to a new device and get rid of it.

Does MSI offer any upgrade programs at the moment?
Let me know the options any help will be appreciated :)

If you've been unsatisfied with the reliability of your MSI, why would you consider buying another one?

The GT75VR has nothing that interests me over the GT73VR Titan Pro. I had the same question a few days ago. this laptop is probably the longest I've kept/owned, had it since January 2018 and there's nothing tempting right now. I only upgrade laptops when it brings 2 new things to the table, a new CPU and a new GPU otherwise you won't feel the upgrade. If I were you, I'd buy some SSDs now so you can move them to your new system once you do upgrade.

@Phoenix Okay I'll start getting some SSD's. However, do you think MSI will offer a upgrade program when a new GPU or CPU will be released? How much would it cost o_O

@saturnotaku I like MSI laptop performance and customer support. 10/10. I'd give them another shot.

Negative. Sell your taptop privately and use the cash to upgrade.

Hmmm... I wonder when should I sell it and I don't feel safe selling it through eBay.

I cant see why one would need to upgrade their GT73VR, i have a GT73 w 7820HK and 1070gtx 8gb, i want at least 18 mths to 2 yrs out of it as i got it through the GT upgrade program. Warranty was 27mths. Thing is a tank so far no issues at all. I just upgraded the HD to a Hybrid 1 TB and stuck the original in anti static for when i resell its brand new
