UGH! This is for a GS73, not a GT!

It's not the fan and I replaced the HDD with an SSD so it's not that... anyone else getting excessive noise from either the ram or motherboard or graphics card or cpu? It's really hard to tell where it's coming from but it sounds louder where the speaker holes are. I don't think it's the speakers because when I mute them they keep making the noise but it could be a weird issue with them causing it.. ugh

    Any help?

Coil whine - it's normal for all Intel laptops. Intel iGPUs/CPUs have had their VRM modules whine for 2 years now. No fix sadly.

What type of noise is it?? If it's high pitched it could be cool whine. If it's like a fast click noise it will be the m.2 ssd more then likely.

Coil whine is normal but inconsistent as it does not happen to every unit, and sometimes it's the perception of human ears varies from one user to another. If it bothers you severely then you can try reducing clock frequency of CPU/GPU, otherwise exchange the unit with your vendor.
