So I have had my gt70 for a couple of days now and it seems like a really awesome laptop, the only exception would be the screen. I read that they are grainy on whitish colors, but mine is so bad that it does not matter what color its displaying its always extremely grainy. Are there any screens I can upgrade to that don't have this problem?

    Thanks!

Your first option would be a: 17.3” Full HD (1920x1080) 72% NTSC Color Gamut Matte LED Backlit LCD (AUO B173HW01 V5) which would give you much better quality and no grain at all.

Do you happen to have this screen I know that resellers like xoticpc and gentech sell them to you the only thing holding me back from buying the gt70 besides waiting for the 680m is that most people say that the screen is not very good

I've also heard that the stock screens are not good as well.

Would you suggest to go all out with the 90% gamut screen or settle for the 72%?

I'm more leaning towards the GT70 rather than the Clevo P170EM / Sager NP9170. Looks better too!

I've read a while ago that the whole color gamut was just over saturation of the colors so the 90 might not have better colors just more saturated ones I just want to know how any of those screens look because Samsung just released a gaming notebook with a gorgeous display
