    Hey all, I got the GT70 and I've found it hasn't been performing all that flash when playing games such as Garrys Mod and Team Fortress 2 so I was wondering...

    1. How do I update my BIOS? The two choices have 10m and 30m? I don't which one I need.

    And...

    2. How can I achieve maximum performance from this system, overclocking/elimination of certain programs/is it worthwhile to reformat?
