    Because there is no such laptop. There is either GX640 with 5850, or GT640 with nVidia GF250M GTS.

    is it possible to fit 5850 into gt640 ?
    i know for sure that gts250m is removable as it is mxm 3.o type I or II

    It is. The only difference between these laptops is the graphic card, BIOS and EC firmware, which You can interchange between them.
