    I have a problem.

My bluray drive was working perfectly fine last night. I shut the computer down and go to sleep. When I tried to burn some files for work I find out that it no longer works and find this in the "Device Manager" properties on the device:

"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available."

Any of you have had this issue before? How can I get this resolved?

The drive in question is the Optiarc BC-5500S.
