    Hello there,

using vsync gives me random stuttering in games ... when limiting the frames to 59 theres nothing, but not as smooth without the frame limiting .. does that habe something to do that the refresh rate is at 59hz ? ... you can change it on the intel card but not on the nvidia and that is really bugging me ... having the frame limiter on is no solution .. thanks !

have you monitored your frames while using vsync? Depending if it is triple buffering or double buffering it's the difference between dropping from 60fps to 30fps in a single moment. Triple allows steps of 60, 45, 30fps.

I prefer to use frame limiting instead of vsync for most cases, due to the stuttering in a couple of games.
