    I ugraded on the GT60 2OD (the 780m version) , while mostly everything seems to be in working order, I've encountered two very annoying issues.

    1) SCM seems to have **** the bed. I'm not entirely sure what it is, but the moment I unplug my Razer Deathadder from the computer, the touchpad/disabledtpad graphic starts spazzing out, and SCM shows up as nonresponsive in the task manager. If I end SCM can use the touchpad again, but if I hit the enable/disable touchpad fn buttons the touchpad returns to being unusuable. I haven't figured out how to reanble it without a restart as of yet.

    2) Very strange GPU glitches. I've already updated my 780m drivers to win10 (granted not a clean install). I set my GPU settings in nvidia control to default to the Intel GPU unless otherwise specified. However, when idling/general use (not gaming), the laptop appears to randomly switch to the Nvidia GPU for a few seconds. This is denoted by the MSi powerbutton changing colors from white to orange, and the screen stutters for a bit (like an fps stutter in a game). The vice versa also happens if I set the Nvidia GPU to default: the power button switches from orange to white for a bit, and the screen stutters as well.

    Can't figure out any solutions to either of these; anyone have any ideas?

    1. Are you using the latest version of SCM?
    v13.014.06109

    2. Make sure Intel HD Graphics driver is updated as well as Nvidia GPU.
    Be sure to get the drivers from Intel website and Nvidia website directly.

    Updated both, both issues persist. GPU still randomly flickers between both, or, at least it's a GPU related error.

    The SCM error actually is an extended "lag." I can move the touchpad for a bit and it lags for about 2~ minutes before it resets, then I can use the touchpad again. However if I hit the enable/disable touchpad buttons the glitch comes back.

    GT60-2OD user here. I gave my notebook to my buddy and installed Windows 10 Pro. It's a 2 days trial for him to see and play with it.

    @Kevin
    That's not the latest SCM on MSI's site. MSI does develop only one universal SCM for all it's G-series notebooks, even though they do not update the links in it's older models (for obvious reasons).
    There's a newer SCM for Windows 10 on the GT60-2QD model (same 16F4 motherboard as yours). Try downloading and clean installing it:

    SCM v13.015.04213
    http://download.msi.com/uti_exe/nb/MSI SCM x64 13.015.04213 for ClickPad.zip

    Also do note that the synaptics driver on MSI's site is newer than the one offered at Synaptics directly v18.1.30.4
    http://download.msi.com/nb_drivers/tp/TouchPad_Synaptics_18.1.30.4_0xc7ab7423_818700.zip

    Regarding that iGPU/dGPU switching..I think it is caused when Windows changes wallpapers. Somehow Windows 10 uses the Nvidia GPU when switching from a wallpaper to another. I saw this behavior too on the GT60. No way to fix/change that at the moment AFAIK :/

    Try those updates Felix has suggested and see if they help.
