    It's the same, I already bougth one on gentech, I'm waiting for it...They toll me about the product was the same,but MSI change the code,I don't know whay...

    CAREFUL!!!

    So far it seems to be the same BUT 403US includes E-SATA port, 3 USB 3.0 and HDMI port, which 249US didn't include.

    So far these are the only changes I've detected from comparing specs, correct me if I'm wrong.

    The 249 has that as well.

    Not sure where you got that from, but Ken has confirmed that they Are the same.
