    Hi everyone,
I would like to upgrade my Core2 Quad Q9000 processor. Which processor would be the best for this notebook model?
Thank you in advance for the information,
    Patrick.

There is a thread about it. There are some discussions about quads and c2d cpus with some undervolting and overclocking. GT628 with quad

    By the way:
If you can live with two core choose the X9100 or if you want a quadcore the Q9200 is your best option I think. The QX9300 will work also, but that's way too expensive in comparison to the Q9200. You can also overclock the Q9200 to hell. (3.7GHz is the top in my machine)

Second that. However 3.7 seems to be stable only for short benchmarks, but don't expect to go much furhter than 2.8 for 24/7 and intensive use, which is enough anyway.

Yeah, 3.7GHz is only for benchmarking.
