No idea where to start to troubleshoot with this.
I recently bought an MSI GS76, after setting it up, I figured I'd run some base-line benchmarks to make sure everything was function properly. To start off, I used Cinebench R23. Now, from my research, the i9-11900h should score 1550ish Single Core, and 12kish Multicore.
I ran both of these tests, with HWInfo running, watching the clock speeds. The single core test went fine, and was right where I expected.
However, the Multicore score was terrible. 7443 vs expected 12k. A few things I noted:
Temps stayed around 50c, clocks where around 2.5-2.7Ghz all cores, voltage was around 0.8v (vs 1.277v for single core).
Anyone have anything else I can note during the test to pinpoint what's going on? This benchmark should be significantly higher.
I reset latest bios to optimized defaults, and tried again - same result.

you must expand all in HWINFO "CPU LIMIT REASON"
and raise all up ?
VR limit
PL limits
or repair overheat .,,.this is all
edit
NB is limited ,.your cpu and all cores load - around base clock
max turbo clock works only on some cores / specific lower usage -
and full performance - AC adapter + full battery "best in 90-100./. cycle"
GS76 Stealth (i9-11900h) getting terrible R23 Multi-Core Scores...
