Nah they are way to hot.Undervolt and drop the turbo clocks a little.I gotta i7 10750h and I know it'll never boost past 4.3ghz on all cores so I dropped all my clocks to 43 and put a heavy undervolt on and now I only hit 80 if im stress testing.

You should be able to unlock it still. The i7 10750h is locked by default along with all 10th gen intel I think.,
When in bios hit these keys--Right shift/right control-Left Alt/F2..Go to overclocking and hit enable for overclocking and xtu interface..Next is a part a lot of people will leave out..If you want to use throttlestop to adjust voltages go on down to the power and performance tab and down by the end of the list click the cpu settings and there should be a option for overclock lock disable.Turn that to enable and you should be good to go.

If you cant find the settings just youtube it and a vid will walk you through.I'm like 99% sure you can unlock voltages on all msi gaming series. That's the whole reason I got rid of my omen. You cant have a gaming laptop with a locked bios.It would probably die in 6 months unless you're really careful and reduce performance a lot.
