    Hello,

Have a new GS60 ghost and ive noticed that all apps detect that there is no webcam plugged into my pc. Things like the windows 8 camera app, skype, google talk, etc. I went to the MSI website to find a driver and see if that works but couldnt locate it there. Its probably on the CD they send with the computer but of course the computer has no CD drive...

Can anyone provide a link to the driver for me so I can try and fix this?

Also has anyone else experienced the same issue with their webcam?

Also does anyone know how the webcam in this PC appears in device manager?

    Cheers.

I believe you hit function + F6 to turn the camera on/off.

Press Fn + F6 to turn on/off the webcam, it isn't a shortcut to launch a webcam application.
Use freeware such as skype, or yawcam to utilize the camera function.
