You can check out Targus, that's the brand that I use.

Nothing against Targus (they make a good product at a fair price) but they look very mass-produced to me. As you know you need a generous "15 inch" bag to fit the GS60, and if you'd like to add a little personality and color to the mix you could look at the Timbuk2 line. I've had a couple of their bags for a decade and they wear like iron, plus the design is very flexible depending on the model. If you order directly from the company you can specify color choices; Amazon stocks many of the most popular SKUs and colors.

I know, and you are right, they are mass-produced and quality has reduced in the recent years. If you are into a more premium brand I would then recommend Tumi instead.
There are many choices out there so it really depends on your like.

Are you better off getting a 17" bag if you plan on putting your gs60 in the sleeve it comes with?

If you want something really different and stylish, maybe you can check out chrome industries (no affiliation). i use their messenger bags and they are pretty awesome.

For backpack I use the Everki Flight. It fits both my GS60 and my MacBook Pro with room for pretty much anything else I could want.

For messenger style, I'm a huge Timbuk 2 fan and use the Command Messenger Large. Again it fits the GS60 with no issues and a boat load of other stuff. Can't fit two laptops in this one, but it works great for one.
The Commute 2.0 is also a great choice for messenger style bag.
