Just received my GE72VR 7R6 and when clicking on the cooler boost physical button it takes up to 30 seconds before it reaches maximum fan speed.
it slowly goes up to 6,000 RPM for CPU and 5,600 RPM for GPU fans.
When i put my hand on the vents behind the laptop there a lot of air pushed out of the CPU vents but not so much out of the GPU vents.
I've had 4 MSI laptop, 2 x GT62VR , 1 x GE62VR and this current GE72VR
I've never had this problem before, normally when you click on the Cooler boost physical button it automatically crank all the fans to the maximum speed.
Anyone have an idea what the problem could be?
Thanks

Maybe you can try update
Ec bios
Bios
And checking the power config on control panel
Fan passive/active
Set to active
Or reinstall dragon center
