    GE620MX cannot start up

    Sorry for the mistake at title. Correct one is GE620DX

    At first, i start up my laptop (ac plug in) but i found that my laptop not charging. The day before its still working well. So at the end the battery gone zero and cannot start up anymore. I tried to take out the battery and ac plug in but my laptop cannot start up also. Power LED never on as well.

    The week before it happened once not charging also but recovered before the battery gone 0.

    Most probably what problem is that? battery or ac or motherboard issue?

    Chances are that either your adapter is dead or your DC jack is not working. I would recommend buying a new power adapter first, and if it doesn't work, you'll need to send in your laptop for RMA. Or take it to somebody that knows how to solder for a DC jack replacement, if the laptop is out of warranty.
