    Didn't see a thread, so I thought I'd start one. Who else has this laptop? What are your thoughts? I just got a ge620dx-278us with the gt 555m. upgraded to a momentus xt 500gb right away.

    So far so good. Screen is beautiful and the performance is really good. Hard to believe you can pack so much power, such a nice screen, and still come in under 5.3 lbs in weight. Battery life is OK, too - about 3 to 3.5 hours with WIFI on.

    Things that bug me: no eject button on the optical drive. No BluRay drive, so I'll have to resort to various bays to find the 1080p content that I want to watch.

    Is the trackpad a multitouch or not? Everything on the net seems to imply that it is, but I can't get it to recognize any gestures.
