    Has anyone ever had an experiences with these people? I just found their website online and it has decent prices...

    Can't tell if they are real or just trying to rip me off.

    Credibility check??

    They are a legit reseller. I haven't bought from them personally but I have seen ppl on the boards who have and they seem to be pretty good. Their website isn't exactly the most professional thing in the world but I can assure you that they are legit.

    I have been hearing a lot of bad stuff from them.

    For those of you who know what the BBB (Better Business Bureau) is, they rated them an F.

    I bought a refurbished GX640 from FrostyComputers but it came with a faulty optical drive :( However, I contacted them and they quickly organised for me to return the faulty drive and sent me back a working one :D
    So overall they were a good seller with decent communication.

    (I am sorry if my doubt is annoying, I am just trying to make sure I don't get my butt ripped off by a bad seller, or one that will take my money and run. I am not doubting you, I am doubting the internet :p)

    I bought an EX625 from them before. The video card was faulty, and they took the computer back and refunded me with no issues. I would definitely buy from them again.

    Seems like a lot of faulty devices. Do they only use refurbished MSI computers?
