    Hi there,
    I recently bought to repair a used laptop MSI x-slim x600 ms-1691.
I've got an issue with the onboad Graphic card which is a radeon HD mobility 4330
    [IMG]
I want to disable the onboard radeon chip and use the Intel GMA 4500 which is inside the Intel chipset, but it's disabled:

Is there a way to bios modd my AMI bios to force the Intel GMA chip and disable the ATI Radeon chip?
    Thank you.

Trust me when I say you do not want to enable the GMA chip even if you could. The intel graphics is actually so bad that you can't even watch 720p youtube without massive lags. The ATI card is 6x faster and has much more features.

The Radeon is rebooting me if i let it at normal clock speed.
And someone told me that the Intel GMA is quite the same performance level than the GMA. But anyway i'd like to know if there's a way to do or not?

Again, there is no way for you to switch it up. Also the GMA is very far behind the HD 4330. With the HD 4330 you can play games like CS:GO no problem on 720p and low, while GMA on 800x600 will give you a 12FPS experience.

How are the temperatures on the HD 4330?

Temp are OK, but if i just let the clock at full speed it's rebooting. I thought it would be more safe to just enable the GMA and disable the dedicated chip.
Also i wanted to mod the VGA bios, but it seems RBE cannot open the file. So i'll just use afterburn at startup.

Sounds odd, try and see if you can add a little bit voltage to the card and see if it runs stable. Don't add much as otherwise the card will die.
