    Fn and Wifi (F11) key on my MSI notebook u100 wont work. Is there anyway to turn on the wifi without having to use those keys??

    if you have access to your wifi card, isolating one of its connectors with type will switch it on permanently. There are a few threads on the internet explaining which the process.

    Edit:
    Old wifi, you have to isolate pin 11 and 13.

    For small format wifi, the pin is pin 20.

    I tried the hack with a full format wifi module but didn't try with a small format one. If pin 20 doesn't just use google and you'll find which pin to isolate.
