My apologies if this is question's been posted here before, I know my question isn't unique.

I purchased a Clevo GTX 770M for my MSI-1762 not too long ago. It works perfectly and the laptop detects it, but I can't install the Nvidia divers. It only says "This graphics driver could not find compatible hardware." Browsing this forum and a few others, I've concluded I either need to flash the VBIOS or used a modified driver.

While I'm aware it's completely possible flash an MSI VBIOS to a Clevo card, I've never done it before and don't want to risk bricking a new card. The alternative is modding the driver installation but I'm completely oblivious to how.

    Any help is appreciated.
