Hello friends, I have succeeded as a result of my research. And I want to share this achievement with you. As you know, MSI laptops generally have overheating problems. I also wanted to solve this problem. I ordered my Cooler MasterGel Maker (Cpu and gpu) and Cooler master Icefusion V2 (other components) thermal pastes. Honestly, the result was better than I expected. I definitely recommend you guys. It's a bit of a tough job. You have to be careful. But you will get a good result if you replace the thermal paste. MSI has been a Chinese brand for years. However, the cooling performance of MSI laptops is poor, except for the GT series. Therefore, I recommend replacing the thermal paste.
I have been using the laptop for a long time. As a result, there was no increase in temperatures.
There was no pump-out effect. You can safely try it for laptops.
Stock Paste.
Cooler Boost is on.
Stress Test
CPU: at 95 degrees At 3.5 GHZ. There is thermal throttling. 60 watts of power.
GPU: 71 degrees
After the thermal paste is renewed.
Cooler Boost is on.
CPU: 4.00 GHZ at 80 degrees. No thermal throttling. 80 watts of power.
GPU: 68 degrees . The results are truly impressive.

Note, I did not remove the battery. However, after disconnecting the laptop from the adapter, I did an EC-Reset by pressing the power button for 15 seconds. And I pressed the battery reset button.Use the blue triangle apparatus in the picture when turning on the device. Start from the side of the device to open the back cover.And I just used a napkin and my fingers to wipe it off, no liquid.

in oem is thermal paste on VRM ? and on VRAM
I thought it was a good idea just for CHOKES ,.,not more
thermal paste name ?

only what I mean is, I tried it with TG kryonaut and I almost burned my laptop! on CHOKES the paste is probably fine,.,. but on MOSFETs you want something special "pads or special paste"
at least TG kryonaut - not works on MOSFETs + OC
any thermal pads is more stable results
vram ? - better pads for sure "easy way kill this components"

The fact you have only 2 heat pipes on CPU heatsink for the CPU, your going to run hot all the time. On Intel BGA they should be using 4 or more.
The other issue is you have a thin laptop which also adds to the heat issue, if you want the overheating to stop its best to get the GT series if your sticking to MSI.
Even an Clevo DTR with a Desktop CPU gets hot with certain loads its the way Intel chips run yes we all used to joke about ATI/AMD for being a house warmer but that's now the only crown Intel managed to keep after taking it.
As for the VRM's and Chokes if you can safely pad them else your going to need something along the lines of K5 Pro or something like it to fill the gap.

for this cooling 80W - 90C is very nice results ,.,.still is this THIN notebook and thermal paste
weird will be setting MSI - target 150W above ???
MSI "PROCHOT" tcc offset - 94C or HK cpu -99C
but my recommended is max 90C usage or lower for thermal-paste
GPU ? "old rtx -85C max" .,,.for new not have idea

+ FAN CURVE is critical "oem starts full spin - 94+" for coolerbooster .,.otherwise it probably wouldn't even make sense

20-30-50-60-100-100 - full fan speed around 90C
