i have referred the this review and according to them the GS75 stealth is supposed to have one of the fastest read/write speeds up to 200 MB/sec:
MSI GS75 Stealth 10SF Laptop Review: Great Core i7-10875H Performance - NotebookCheck.net Reviews

    I have the GS75 stealth with 10875H

I tried several Fast SD Cards. Lexar, Evo all UHS3 and extremely high end ones, those micro sdxc cards when inserted to the micro sd card reader, i get speeds not exceeding 22 MB/sec only ! Huge video files are transferred FROM the sd card TO built in SSD,

I have other External USB 3.1 SD Card Readers, and when used on the same laptop i get speeds up to 100 MB/sec, how is the built in reader speeds so slow and how to fix it and get decent speeds as in the reviews ?...

    thanks,

What does Device Manager say about the SD card reader? You might not have the SD card reader driver installed which may be why it's slow.
