    Hello,

I am buying a gaming laptop with the GTX970M. I have narrowed it down to:

    -MSI GT60 Dominator 1065 with GTX970 3GB
    Price: 1499$
    or
-Sager NP8262 (Clevo P150SM-A) with GTX970 6GB (Available at the end of October)
    Price: 1399$

I want advice of the community regarding these laptops specially which laptop may have better heat management.

P.S. My budget is strictly under $1500 so if anyone has another laptop in mind with GTX970M pls do mention.

    Thankyou

The GT60 comes with a better keyboard, better speakers, better video outputs and IPS screen vs TN.

The sager is cheaper, has more vram and is a bit slimmer.

Over all I would give the win to the MSI since the interaction with a nicer speakers/keyboard/screen (which is what you are always looking at) makes the whole experience nicer.

    Thankyou for the quick reply.

Any advice on the heat management? I can confirm that Sager has separate fans for CPU and GPU while I am not sure this is the case with MSI. I think MSI has 1 fan? But cannot find confirmation.

The MSI uses a single larger fan where as sager use two smaller ones. Both have similar heatsink fin area. Either will cope fine with the 970M.
