    On my wife's laptop, This happened 2 days ago, the thing for some reason will not read the temp of the GPU, I tried everest, hardware Monitor, and a few others and nothing, says 0c, The computer reads the GPU though.. Anyone know or have an idea what is up with this???

    The only thing that worked for me in trying to read my 4670 temps was AMD's gpu tool. I'm not at home now to double check, but there is a check box you have to select and it should read the temps. Good luck.

    The 4670 is dead and the warranty is ended due to it was a refurb bought on ebay only 90 days of warranty.. I know I wont find another 4670 for sure.. I can get a 3870 though.. I am not sure if this will fit though...

    MXM I or II cards only; the 3870 is too long and the hard drive would be in the way.
