Hi I was wondering since I bought a Samsung 830 256gb hard drive if the laptop was actually 6 GB/s or running at 3 GB/s. My laptop has two sata bays and its the one that has the GTX 675m GPU in it.

    Thanks

All GT70's support sata3 on hdd slots, just the ODD is sata2 afaik. It's a chipset feature, not laptop.
