Hey guys anybody has an idea ?
Just realized that HDMI is crap 1.4 so it will be limited to 30Hz .. what a shame !
Hopefully my mini DP 1.2 will support it !

But I need 4K @60Hz .. I checked on msi site this laptop has only hdmi 1.4 version so bye bye 4K at 60p .. I am really scared that DP or mini DP not gonna support 60p either..

Hi it is acer 4k 27"
I have msi mini pc (celeron.. I know crap) for now..
Will be connecting to msi gs70 6qe once I will bring monitor home..
For now I tried hdmi from this msi mini cubi but it gives me only 24Hz over hdmi..
Really bad tearing even on desktop!
    Won't let me 60p..
I tried cable display port to mini displayport but no signal..I think it is crap old cable
    I am praying gs70 6qe mini dp will support 4K 60p..

What are you talking about? Everyone told you that display port would work for your GS laptop, and that it does support 4K at 60hz, and you yourself confirmed it worked. If anything, everyone here supported and answered your question and you just confirmed it.
